Our Process

Consultation
We will meet with you to discuss your vision for the project, including which fiberglass pool model best suits your needs and preferences. During this meeting, we will review design options, explore potential layouts, and determine how the pool will integrate with the hardscaping portion of your backyard renovation. Our goal is to ensure every detail is tailored to your lifestyle and property.

Budget
Once the vision is clear, we will discuss the overall cost of your project, breaking it down into the pool, hardscaping, and any additional features you may choose. We will work with you to align the design with your budget while maximizing value, quality, and long-term enjoyment.

Contract
When the design and budget are finalized, we will prepare a formal contract covering the pool installation, hardscaping, and related project components. This contract will clearly outline the scope of work, materials, payment schedule, and terms so that expectations are transparent and agreed upon before work begins.

Timeline

1. Engineering & Permits

   • Engineering documents will be drafted, which can take up to 2 weeks.

   • We will submit all necessary paperwork to the township. Approval or denial can take up to 30 business days.

2. Ordering the Pool

   • Once township approval is received, we will place the order for your pool.

   • The manufacturer will provide a lead time, and we will schedule a tentative installation date accordingly.

3. Installation Process

   • Day 1: We typically dig, set, and fill the pool with water. In most cases, pool piping and equipment connections are also completed on this day.

   • First Few Days: A significant amount of visible progress happens early on.

   • Following 2 Weeks: Progress may appear slower as we complete inspections and mechanical work.

4. Inspections & Backfilling

   • Once required inspections are passed, we will proceed with backfilling the pool to prepare for the hardscaping phase.

5. Coping & Patio

   • We will install the pool coping (paver brick around the water’s edge).

   • After allowing 2 days for the coping to cure, we will begin building the patio.

6. Final Touches

   • Upon completion of the patio, we will restore your lawn and complete any finishing details, leaving your backyard ready to enjoy.
